iCloud Restore for iPhone 6s - How to avoid Missing Messages/Recent Calls Missing



Recently, many iPhone 6s owners are experiencing an issue with some of their data(Messages/Recent Calls/Health data/Safari browsing data) missing after they’ve restored their replacement iPhone. You should understand the issue and find a way to avoid missing data.

1. The two phones are not running the same versions of the iOS operating system. The old device was running iOS 9.0.1 or iOS 9.1. The new iPhone 6s starts off with iOS 9. This could lead to the failed data restores.
