How to Restore Contacts from iPhone after iOS 7 Update?
Contacts are extremely important for us to keep in touch with others. Unfortunately, you would find out that you lost iPhone contacts after iOS 7 update as well as other data. This text aims to introduce 2 easy and effective ways to recover iPhone contacts after iOS 7 upgrade.

How to Restore Lost Contacts from iPhone 5/4S/4 after iOS 7 Update?
You can use iTunes or iPhone Data Recovery for restoring iPhone contacts after iOS 7 update. To help you better understand the instructions, we would like to specify the 2 methods in two sections.
Way 1: Directly Recover lost contacts from iPhone
1. Run iPhone Data Recovery for iOS.
2. Connect your device (eg. iPhone 5). Choose“Recover from iOS Device”.
3. Start to scan your device(eg. iPhone 5) for lost data on it. Please click “Start Scan” to begin scanning it.
4. After the scan, you can preview all data found on your device(eg. iPhone 5) in the scan result. Click the categories on the left side of the window like camera roll, contacts, messages, etc. You can preview all the details of them (except for videos). Mark what you want and click “Recover” to save them on your computer with one click.
Way 2: Recover Lost contacts from iTunes backup files
1. Run iPhone Data Recovery for iOS.
2. Choose“Recover from iTunes Backup File”.
3. Start to scan your iTunes backup file for lost data on it. Please click “Start Scan” to begin scanning it.
4. After the scan, you can preview all data found on your device(eg. iPhone 5) in the scan result. Click the categories on the left side of the window like camera roll, contacts, messages, etc. You can preview all the details of them (except for videos). Mark what you want and click “Recover” to save them on your computer with one click.

connect iPhone into iTunes.....click on iPhone's "settings".....click on iCloud.....turn off "contacts"....turn on "contacts".......then restart your iPhone. see what's going on :)

ReplyDeleteIf you have retrieved your lost contacts and save them to your computer, you should create your contacts for you iPhone manually.
