After I updated my iPhone 4/4S/5 to iOS 7, my contacts have been disappearing and then after about 10 minutes they will reappear. this has happened multiple times. Has this happened to anyone else and how do I fix it?

Just go into Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > iCloud account and make sure the button for contacts is green.
Apparently this is happening to quite a few people and multiple times. So just keep checking the settings if it happens again. I guess for some reason iCloud keeps unsyncing the contacts.
