Device: iPhone 5c

 

Question: I have an iPhone 5c and my contacts keep disappearing. Any ideas?
Names and numbers keep disappearing from my contact list. I have moved twice in one year and am frustrated by these losses as I cannot easily retrieve them. I have talked to two people who have had the same experience. Any tips or suggestions or ideas about this problem?
More Like This:
1.Why do I keep losing contacts?
2.Any idea on why contacts disappear from phone?
3.My contacts have disappeared.
4.Birthdays keep disappearing from my contacts and calendar.
5.I had my phone charging overnight and my contacts were deleted the following morning. Why?

Solution:

Go to settings>mail, contacts, etc.> and re-sync contacts using whichever you are using. Hope this helps.

Question: How To Get Most Recent Pics After Restoring From an Old Backup?
I recently lost my iPhone last week and just got a new one. Prior to losing it, the last
time I backed up my phone was in November; since then I have taken new pictures that I've never got the chance to save. Once I got my new iPhone, I was hoping it would still be in iCloud, to my surprise when I signed on to iCloud there were recent pictures in my album, then I restored my phone with an old backup and now the pictures are gone and the older pictures I had replaced it. Is there anyway I can get those newer pictures back? Please help!

Solution: Generally, if the pictures are rewritten by the older pictures, it is hard to recover them. Because the rewritten is not reversible. If your newer pictures are backed up to iTunes or iCloud, you can try to restore them from the backup files.

Question: Iphone will not get out of recovery mode. I have pressed the home and lock screen at the same time, and nothing happens. I connected it to iTunes to try to update my phone or restore it, and it will not do anything. The progress bar shows up on the screen but does not make any progress and iTunes says it cannot connect to my phone.
